Extending Hands of Hope to the children of the Linden Community

The Hardy Center Mission

We are dedicated to preparing young minds for prosperous futures through literacy, life skills, and leadership. We aim to counteract the educational setbacks caused by the Covid pandemic in inner-city communities.

Our Unified Vision

Our Commitment

We remain steadfast in our commitment to uplift the Linden community, providing support to its residents, especially those disproportionately affected by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our Beliefs

"Children in our community are rough cut gems. Each child has a value all their own. Every day we challenge them with the opportunity to be molded and polished so their true brilliance can be revealed."

-Stephen Garland, Founder

Our Focus

Our programs provide educational instruction, homework help, tutoring, computer skills, life skills, nutrition education, and hot, healthy meals every operating day, at no cost to the families.
