Employment Opportunities
Join a team dedicated to education, empowerment, and community transformation.
Afterschool Tutors – Provide one-on-one or two-on-one academic support, assisting students with homework, standardized test prep, and offering mentorship and social-emotional learning (SEL) support.
Summer Teachers – Lead a classroom of 12 students in structured academic lessons to maintain routine over the summer. Act as a mentor throughout the day, joining students in all activities and providing ongoing SEL support.
Administrative Roles – Support the daily operations of our programs through communications, logistics, and behind-the-scenes coordination.
Facilities & Support Staff – Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all students, staff, and families.
